Terms and Conditions

 * Once you complete your purchase in our online store, your order will be processed and shipped within 5 to 7 days via USPS to the United States and Puerto Rico.

* An email with the shipping confirmation will be sent with the tracking number and you will be able to keep track of your package through www.usps.com

* It is important that you enter your correct mailing address format to ensure your package is delivered.

* The i Gift is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses or zip codes (we will use the information the customer has provided at the time the order is placed)

* If your order is returned due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.  A refund is not applicable under these circumstances.

* The i Gift is not responsible for lost packages that are marked as delivered by the USPS.  *Remember, the information The i Gift is using is the one provided by the customer at the time of order placement.*

* Once your order is dropped off at the USPS facility, The i Gift is no longer in control of order delivery or handling. 

* If your order is lost, stolen or arrives in bad shape (broken, wet, damaged) and it was sent via PRIORITY FLAT RATE, it will be covered by a $50.00 insurance.

Should this happen, please contact The i Gift immediately for assistance with your claim as there is a 15 to 45 day claiming window with the USPS. 

* If your order arrives in bad conditions, please photograph the package and any or all damaged articles.
